Terms of Use
Last updated 2 October 2026.
In short: Atelier is licensed to you for your personal enjoyment through the App Store. Apple's standard licence terms apply, plus the few points below.
The licence
Atelier: Cozy Dressmaking is published by SKUZA Software. When you get the game from the App Store, it is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These terms add to the Standard EULA; if anything here conflicts with it, the Standard EULA wins.
Using the game
- Play it for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
- Don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the game or its art, music and text, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.
- Screenshots and videos of your play are welcome, including on social media and streams.
Your saved game
Your progress is stored only on your device. We can't recover it if it's lost, for example after deleting the app or resetting the device without a backup.
Updates
We may update the game to fix problems or add content. Some updates may change how things work or are balanced.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the game is provided "as is". We do our best to make it work well, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or work on every device. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
