In short: Atelier collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your shop is saved on your own device and nowhere else.
Who we are
Atelier: Cozy Dressmaking ("Atelier", "the game") is published by SKUZA Software, based in Algeria. You can reach us at skuzaoptimizer@proton.me.
What we collect
Nothing. The game does not send any information about you or how you play to us or to anyone else. It has no user accounts, and we do not run a server or a player database.
What stays on your device
To let you pick up where you left off, the game saves your progress (your shop, coins, finished dresses and lookbook photos) and your settings (sound, music, graphics, tips) in the app's own storage on your device. This never leaves your device, except as part of a device backup you make yourself through your operating system (for example iCloud Backup), which is handled under Apple's terms. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
What the game does not do
- No advertising, and no advertising identifier is read.
- No analytics, crash-reporting or attribution services.
- No in-app purchases.
- No access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location.
- No chat or any other way to contact other players.
The "photos" in your lookbook are pictures the game takes of your own finished dresses, stored inside the game. They are not saved to your photo library.
Purchases and the App Store
If you buy or download Atelier, the App Store handles that under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. We never receive your payment details. Apple may share anonymous sales and, if you opted in, crash information with developers in aggregate form; that is governed by Apple's policies and your device settings.
Children
Atelier is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA) you have rights over personal data that a company holds about you. Since we hold none, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. To erase everything the game has stored, delete the app. If you have any question, write to skuzaoptimizer@proton.me.
Changes
If a future version of the game ever adds anything that collects data, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the date at the top will change.
This is a plain-language policy for a small offline game. It is not legal advice.
